Working Together
I believe that therapy works best when it’s a collaborative effort between the therapist and you, the client. My training and experience is grounded in Relational theory, which, is based on the idea that everyone develops through participation and engagement with others. Sometimes wounding can happen in relationships, however healing can also take place within relationships, and this reparative and meaningful connection between the two of us are important pieces towards your psychological health. In our sessions, I will encourage and facilitate the curiosity, growth, and change that you’ve been looking to make.
